1. Access to and use of this website (“Site”) is provided by Abu Dhabi Motorsports Management (“ADMM”) subject to the following terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions"). You may only access and use this Site if you agree to comply with and be bound by the Terms and Conditions and it is therefore important that you read and understand them.
2. In these Terms and Conditions:
(a) "Chat Room" means the chat room provided on this Site;
(b) "Linked Websites" means third party websites to which a link is provided on this Site;
(c) "Site" refers to this website and any and all aspects of this website including its content, facilities (such as the chat room and any games) and links to Linked Websites;
(d) "use", in relation to use of the Site, means to access and/or use the Site for any purpose.
3. ADMM has the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time by posting a new version on this Site. You will be bound by any amended version and you should therefore review the Terms and Conditions regularly.
4. ADMM has the absolute right to alter, suspend or discontinue the Site, or any aspect of the Site, including your access to it, at any time without prior notice.
Appropriate use
5. You must not:
(a) use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful in any jurisdiction;
(b) use the Site for any commercial purpose;
(c) do anything which may cause the introduction or spread of a virus or any damage to the Site;

(b) post material that reveals trade secrets, unless you own them or have the permission of the owner to post them;
(c) post material that is obscene, sexually explicit, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, hateful, or embarrassing to another user or any other person;
(d) post material that is disparaging about Abu Dhabi, the Rulers of the United Arab Emirates or ADMM; or
(e) impersonate another person.
Intellectual property rights
7. Intellectual property rights in the Site and all content on the Site, including, but not limited to articles, photographs, illustrations, video and audio clips, games and trade marks are owned by ADMM or its licensors.
8. You are granted no licence to any of the intellectual property rights on this Site except a licence to use such for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce any of the material on this Site on any website without ADMM's permission.
9. By posting communications in the Chat Room, you grant:
(a) to ADMM a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, perform, display and sub-license those communications alone or as part of other works in any form, media, or technology whether now known or developed in the future and sublicense such rights; and
(b) to other users of the Site, the right to access, view, store and reproduce the communications for their own personal use.

10. ADMM makes no express or implied representation and give no express or implied warranty whatsoever with regards to the Site. In particular, ADMM does not guarantee:
(a) that the Site is secure, safe to use or accessible;
(b) that the content on the Site is accurate, complete, adequate, current or suitable for any purpose.
11. The Chat Room is a facility provided by ADMM on an "as is" basis. ADMM does not screen communications in advance and is not responsible for screening or monitoring material posted in the Chat Room. ADMM does not represent or guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of any of material posted in the Chat Room nor endorse any opinions expressed by Chat Room users.
You assume all responsibility and risk
12. Use of the Site is entirely at your own risk.
13. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ADMM will not be liable to you or any third party for any damage or loss (including direct and indirect loss, loss of profits and loss of reputation or goodwill) suffered by you or any third party as a result of your use of this Site.

Indemnification

You will indemnify, defend and hold ADMM and all of its officers, directors, employees, information providers, agents, licensors and licensees (collectively referred to as the "Indemnified Parties"), harmless from and against any and all liability and costs (including, without limitation, legal fees), incurred by the Indemnified Parties in connection with any claim arising out of any breach by you of the Terms and Conditions.
16. ADMM may, at its own expense, assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you and you will co-operate with, and provide reasonable assistance to, ADMM in relation any such matter.

17. Links to Linked Websites are provided for your convenience and do not imply any endorsement by ADMM of such websites. ADMM has no control over Linked Websites and is not responsible or liable for any damage or loss suffered by you as a result of accessing and using such websites.
