Last chance to enjoy F1 early-bird discount

YAS MARINA CIRCUIT TO HOST F4UAE ACTION ON ABU DHABI GRAND PRIX RACE WEEKEND

CURRENTLY, PURCHASERS CAN ENJOY UP TO 30 PERCENT OFF ON SELECTED TICKETS

DUE TO HIGH DEMAND, VERY LIMITED NUMBER OF REDUCED-PRICE TICKETS AVAILABLE

THIS YEAR’S GRAND PRIX WILL TAKE PLACE ON YAS MARINA CIRCUIT’S MODIFIED TRACK

Yas Marina Circuit, Abu Dhabi, UAE, July 28, 2021: Race fans wishing to secure a seat at this year’s FORMULA 1 ETIHAD AIRWAYS ABU DHABI GRAND PRIX while taking advantage of the early-bird discount are advised to purchase tickets as soon as possible in order to avoid disappointment.

The final race of the Formula 1 season takes place at Yas Marina Circuit on December 9-12, bringing the curtain down on what is shaping up to be one of the most intriguing battles in recent years, as Max Verstappen and champion Lewis Hamilton compete at the top of the standings with only eight points currently separating the two drivers.

Due to extremely high demand, there is a very limited number of discounted tickets available, with spectators able to make a saving of up to 30 percent on selected seats as part of the early-bird offer.

From Sunday August 1, that reduction will no longer be applicable, meaning fans hoping to take advantage of the initial discount only have a few more days to secure a ticket for the region’s most popular sports and entertainment extravaganza.

As well as welcoming back spectators, this year’s event will also see the return of the traditional Yasalam After-Race Concerts, with a line-up of high-profile artists set to perform at Etihad Park over the course of the event.

For safety reasons, at this year’s event all ticket holders will be asked to choose one Yasalam After-Race Concert to attend. Two-day and three-day ticket holders can select any one of the four After-Race Concerts to watch, while one-day ticket holders will be able to attend the performance on that particular evening.

This year’s Grand Prix will be the first of its kind, taking place on a track which has undergone an extensive reconfiguration programme with a number of modifications made to the circuit, leading to more dramatic racing, increased opportunities for overtaking and an enhanced overall spectacle, ensuring fans are in for a real treat. In terms of on-track action, it’s not all about Formula 1. This year’s event will also host Formula 2 races, along with an F4UAE Trophy Round, just like in 2019, giving spectators an opportunity to watch potential stars of the future go head-to-head.

Off track, meanwhile, there is plenty to look forward to, including an exclusive preview of the 2022 car and a series of activations in the entertainment zones and Heritage Village to mark the UAE’s 50th anniversary.

Elsewhere, there will be some changes implemented in order to ensure the safety of everybody in attendance, including designated Oasis areas, an enhanced food and beverage service where orders can be delivered directly to tables and a Track Walk, which will replace the customary Pit Lane Walk and give fans an opportunity to take photos out on the reconfigured circuit.
