WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
1. WE'RE GOING CASHLESS
This year we’re going cashless on food and beverages with Yas Pay, meaning shorter queues, less to carry and less to lose. Look out for our Yas Pay Kiosks to top up and cash out. There will also be roaming staff with handheld devices that can take your payment and issue your Yas Pay card. Simply tap and pay with your Yas Pay card at food & beverage points in the public areas.
2. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE YOUR TICKET
Do you have your ticket in hand? If you don’t have it already, pick it up at the East Gate entrance (open from 24 – 30 November 9AM to 9PM & 1 December from 9AM to 3PM). Please also leave a least 45 – 60 minutes to collect your ticket and then make your way to your Grandstand. There will be Yas Courtesy Shuttle from the East Ticket Office to your Grandstand. In addition to your ticket, also make sure you’re wearing your wristband for After-Race Concerts, available within each Oasis area on the day.
3. MAKE SURE YOU KNOW WHAT’S GOING ON
Make sure you know what’s going on. For example, on Super Thursday everyone gets access to the F1® Fanzone and After-Race Concerts. You also have access to all Oasis areas, regardless of where you sit. Don’t miss out! Make to check out our schedule so you know what's going down.
4. MAKE SURE YOU KNOW WHERE YOU’RE SEATED
Make sure you know which grandstand you’re seated at and which entry gate you need to access your grandstand from. Your ticket should have all the relevant details. If you’re getting dropped off by taxi, ask to get dropped off at a gate near your grandstand.
5. MAKE SURE YOU KNOW WHERE TO PARK
If your ticket includes parking passes, follow the signs to your designated parking area. Please check your car pass carefully so you know where you need to park.
