NBAD Official Bank of the 2009 Formula 1™ Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix

National Bank of Abu Dhabi today signed a three-year agreement to sponsor Yas Marina Circuit, host of the 2009 Formula 1™ Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, from October 30th to November 1st, 2009.

The financial institution will be the Official Partner of Yas Marina Circuit and the Official Bank of the 2009 Formula 1™ Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix - one of the most anticipated events in the international sporting calendar.

This partnership is another example of the commitment by key organizations in Abu Dhabi to support major initiatives like Yas Marina Circuit in the capital," said Richard Cregan, CEO, Abu Dhabi Motorsports Management.

“Formula 1™ race weekends are watched by more than 600 million viewers globally, which enables our partners to broaden their reach and visibility both locally and internationally. We are confident that this sponsorship platform can provide the National Bank of Abu Dhabi with an opportunity to leverage significant marketing and business opportunities".
