Organisers urge people to buy tickets quickly or risk missing out on the spectacular season-ending closer during November 27-29

The top five driver’s battle is still not over, with constructors also looking to boost their final standings at Yas Marina Circuit

From a pulsating battle for the title in 2010 to Kimi Raikkonen’s triumphant F1 return in 2012 and Romain Grosjean’s fiery retirement last year, every Grand Prix at Yas Marina Circuit has served up spectacular excitement.

And the 2015 FORMULA ONE ETIHAD AIRWAYS ABU DHABI GRAND PRIX promises to be no different. Yas Marina Circuit has announced that there are only 2,500 tickets left on sale for the season-ending race that takes place in less than two weeks’ time during November 27th-29th.

The organisers added that the event is expected to fully sell out the race’s 60,000 capacity within the next week, and have urged people to act fast or lose out on the region’s biggest and best sporting and entertainment weekend.

Who will come out on top in the battle for Abu Dhabi honours between Mercedes drivers Lewis Hamilton and Nico Rosberg? What other dramatic wheel-to-wheel action can we expect at the venue that hosted the sport’s first ever day-night race in 2009?

“With only two weeks remaining until the 2015 FORMULA ONE ETIHAD AIRWAYS ABU DHABI GRAND PRIX, we can’t wait to see what the race will be remembered for this year,” said Al Tareq Al Ameri, CEO of Yas Marina Circuit.

“Every year since we made history in 2009 by becoming the first every Formula 1® day-night race, we have seen either a championship-decider or iconic racing action.

“Who can forget the tense 2010 race when Vettel held off Alonso to claim his first world championship crown, or Kimi’s emotional 2012 win, his first in his return to F1, and his famous ‘leave me alone’ radio message.

“This year, there’s still so much to play for. Rosberg will be desperate to end the season on a high by beating Hamilton and taking confidence into next year’s championship race. Vettel will want to break the domination of the Mercedes drivers. And the top-six battle between the likes of Bottas, Raikkonen and Massa promises to be a thrilling scrap.

“We’ve been very pleased with ticket sales so far. Yas Marina Circuit has capacity for 60,000 race fans and with two weeks remaining only 2,500 tickets remain on sale. We’re looking forward to hosting another sell-out race and can’t wait to see history unfold again.”

Away from the on-track action, a diverse mix of some of the biggest names in the entertainment world have been lined up to compliment the 2015 FORMULA 1 ETIHAD AIRWAYS ABU DHABI GRAND PRIX.

The list of musical acts headlining at Yas Marina Circuit features Blur, Fares Karam, Enrique Iglesias, Cheb Khaled, Florence + the Machine, DJ Said Mrad, and Aryam.

The entertainment continues with a host of bands, DJs and soloists, as well as street and stunt shows covering everything from parkour and acrobatics to caricature and magic shows across the packed Oasis areas.

Tickets are available online at and through the Yas Marina Circuit Call Centre (800 927) or +971 (0) 2 659 9800, as well as through all Etihad Shops and Virgin Megastores.
