- The car should not contain loose items in the cabin
- Seatbelts must be functional and in good condition
- Car seats must be securely mounted
- The chassis must be clean and free from dust or sand
- There should be no visible fluid leaks
- All tyres must be road tyres and in good condition
- Only road-legal tyres are permitted (no slicks)
- It is the sole responsibility of the participant to ensure that their vehicle is in a safe condition (equivalent to roadworthiness)
- A technical inspection will be carried out prior to ingress into the paddock to ensure that cars meet the minimum requirements and are considered safe to participate, as far as can be reasonably determined
Permitted vehicles:
- Saloon Cars
- Sport Cars
- SUV Cars
- Trucks
- Soft-top (convertible) cars are allowed, however the vehicle roof must remain closed unless the car is fitted with a roll cage or roll hoops
- Occupants of cars with an open roof must wear closed-face helmets
- If a roof is fitted then participants can wear open-face helmets
- Street Cars are allowed after passing safety tech inspection
Prohibited vehicles:
- Open-wheeled formula cars and vehicles with either more or less than four wheels are not allowed due to safety reasons on the track
Pre-arrival:
- Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled experience
- Participants can book for 4 crew members per participating car and 1 crew vehicle per participating car in advance by calling our hotline 800 YAS (927) or +971 (0) 2 497 9000
- Please wear clothes covering your arms and legs, and suitable flat-soled closed-toe shoes (national dress & abayas are not permitted)
- Full face helmets are mandatory for drivers of open-top cars where no convertible roof is present (e.g. Radical, KTM X-Bow, Ariel Atom, Caterham)
On arrival:
- Access the circuit via Main West Entrance (Gate 20), go to the Drag Strip at Drag Centre and park your vehicle at the Yas Drag Night Car Park
- Have your ticket order number available upon arrival
- Register at the main reception
- Our customer service team will validate your booking
- All vehicles must be road worthy and will undergo technical inspection by YMC scrutineering team before entering the track
- You will be required to wear a crash helmet with chin strap fastened
- You will receive a safety briefing
- Rolling can start with either a single car or two cars, and the participants need to inform the race master (start line marshal) on the agreed speed to start - 40 km/h, 60 km/h or 80 km/h
- Passengers are not permitted
- Anybody suspected of being unfit to ride through drink or drugs will not be permitted to participate
- Smoking is not permitted within the drag staging and startline areas at any time
- Always follow the instructions of Yas Marina Circuit staff and security members

Digital Waiver:
- All participants are required to complete a digital waiver by clicking the link provided on their e-tickets
- Our customer service team will assist you in completing your waiver procedures 24 hours prior to the experience
- Participants who fail to upload documents digitally will be contacted to ensure they do so prior to their arrival, as this is a mandatory requirement
- For participants aged 17 to 21 years old, a parent or guardian must authorize and sign the digital waiver
- Bookings and document collection will close one hour before the scheduled arrival
Driving license requirements:
- To participate, all drivers must be over the age of 17
- UAE residents must present a valid UAE license
- Non-UAE residents must present a domestic license from their home country, which is atleast 1 year old
- Drivers aged 17 – 25 must have held their driving license for a minimum of 2 years
- Provisional licenses are not accepted
- If your current driving license does not mention the initial date of issue, please be ready to present proof of your previous driving license
Experience requirements:
- Age: 17+
- All speed limits within the Yas Marina Circuit venue must be strictly observed
- Maximum speed on the return road, staging zone and in the drag paddock is strictly 40 km/h
- Burnouts or launch tests are not permitted in any area outside of the designated burnout box prior to the startline
- Racing is not permitted between drifters for safety reasons
- Participants are not permitted to use the venue’s fire extinguishers under any circumstances
- Participants found using the venue's fire extinguishers for any purpose will be excluded

WHAT TO EXPECT
- To participate, you must hold a full UAE or recognised International driving license and be over 17 years of age. All drivers must present a valid driving license and sign the ADMM waiver form at registration.
- Make your way to the main west entrance (Gate 20) and go to the Drag Strip at Drag Centre.
- We recommend being here up to 30 minutes prior to the start time. Please park your vehicle at the Yas Drag Night Car Park.
- Participants shall consent to their cars undergoing a Technical Inspection. Should the car pass Technical Inspection, a car number (defined by the Inspection Validation Log) will be allocated by the Technical Inspector and a sticker will be applied to the vehicle’s front windshield. Following this the participant shall be allowed to proceed to the Customer Service Booth to have their booking and documents validated.
- All participants must attend a safety briefing at the time specified at booking validation.
- Passengers are not allowed.
- Rolling start either single car or two, the participants will inform race master (start line marshal) on agreed speed to start 40km/h, 60km/h or 80km/h.
- 4 crew members are permitted per participating car and 1 crew vehicle is permitted per participating car. Crew personnel and vehicles must be booked in advance and once the booking has been validated may be directed to proceed to the paddock.
- The speed limit in the paddock, Staging Zone and on the return road is strictly 40kph.
VEHICLE REQUIREMENTS
- All cars participating in Drag Roll Night must have valid road registration and be presented in roadworthy condition. Only road-legal tyres are permitted (no slicks). It is the sole responsibility of the participant to ensure that their vehicle is in a safe condition (equivalent to roadworthiness). A technical inspection will be carried out prior to ingress into the paddock to ensure that cars meet the minimum requirements and are considered safe to participate, as far as can be reasonably determined.

- Street Cars are allowed after passing safety tech inspection
- Open-wheeled formula cars and vehicles with either more or less than four wheels are not allowed due to safety reasons on the track
TECHNICAL INSPECTION
- Upon arrival, participants shall consent to their cars undergoing a Technical Inspection, carried out by an ADMM-approved Technical Inspector. The Technical Inspection shall verify that, amongst other things:
- The driver has a valid driving license and car registration.
- The driver has suitable clothing for the activity This includes full-length trousers/jeans, crash helmet (with chin strap fastened) and suitable flat-soled footwear as a bare minimum. Drivers of open-top cars where no convertible roof is present (e.g. Radical, KTM X-Bow, Ariel Atom, Caterham) must wear full face helmets. The wearing of UAE national dress and/or open-toed or loose-fitting sandals is prohibited.
- The car contains no loose items in the cabin.
- Seatbelts are functional and in good condition
- Car seats are securely mounted
- The chassis is clean and free from dust or sand
- There are no visible fluid leaks
- All tyres are road tyres in good condition
