The 10th Anniversary of the Formula 1 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix saw the setting up of our new Fanstand, After-Race Concerts and more.
TAMM STAND AT YAS MALL
We helped the Government of Abu Dhabi to set up the TAMM Stand at Yas Mall. A modular space with integrated technology to help provide various services.
UAE NATIONAL DAY
Our UAE National Day event saw 8000+ guests enjoy a day of non-stop entertainment, including live music, drift racing, kids play areas and a spectacular fireworks display.

Y SOLUTIONS – DIRECTOR
Joanna has over 20 years experience in delivering high profile international sporting events, conferences, gala diners and corporate activations. Jo has worked for market leading organisations in Australia, UK and the Middle East. She has a thorough understanding of event operations and venue management, and leads large teams to successfully deliver a busy, year round calendar of events. Undoubtedly creative, and solutions focused, Jo is an excellent leader for high profile events and projects and prides herself on executing to the highest of standards.
SARAH COLLIS
EVENT MANAGER
Sarah has over 10 years experience in Events Management Industry, delivery different types of events from weddings, themed events to Galada Dinners and Awards Ceremonies. She has also worked on high profile projects including Dixons Carphone, Hyundai, EE and many ore providing a number of different elements from her creative background, pitching expertise, logistics knowledge, delegate management and general event management skills.

Luschka has over 13 years’ experience in Marketing and Events and prides herself in delivering well produced, creative and engaging concepts that align to client objectives. With a sharp eye for detail, Luschka is client focused and always kind. A strong team leader, with a positive attitude she has a thorough understanding of event management and the requirements to delver beyond expectations.
NATASHA WARREN-STONE
SENIOR EVENT MANAGER
Natasha is a specialist in in hybrid, virtual, corporate event design and brings a wealth of project management experience. She has worked with globally recognized clients to deliver conferences for up to 14,000 people. As a positive self-motivated leader, she is able to think outside the box to solve problems. Natasha is skilled in event production, 3D design and has excellent client management skills. Undoubtedly creative, her passion is to craft memorable moments for event attendees.

EVENT MANAGER
Rehman is a Senior Events Professional with 8 years’ experience in marketing, events and production. He brings operational excellence and an organised approach to all events and excels in optimising budgets by negotiating rates and maintaining positive relationships with suppliers. Rehman brings a wealth of knowledge in working across both private and government sectors in exhibitions, corporate activations and conferences, media and fashion events.

A Senior Designer with over 16 years of expertise in designing & illustrating in the Middle East & India — predominantly in the F&B financial, hospitality & real estate sector. Geetika loves Typography, Information Design & Branding. She has been designing for Ysolutions for more than 2 years and has excellent ability of working within client’s style and look & feel and bringing their events live in the digital realm.
