THE CLIENT:
NuSkin is a global direct selling skin care company which provides employees with an annual business incentive trip.

THE EVENT:
The purpose of the trip here at Yas Marina Circuit was to reward the companies highest achieving sales representatives from China, to encourage continued growth in revenues from these employees and was part of a four day business incentive trip in the region. This was the biggest business incentive trip to ever come to the UAE and involved 16,500 guests (who visited YMC on two separate dates) and so the stage was all set for a spectacular event.

THE OBJECTIVE:
The brief was to recognize the companies five top categories of highest achieving sales representatives in different ways; a challenge given the large numbers in some of the groups and limited time frame for the event days. The client wanted something unique, with continual excitement and entertainment, and it had to have ‘wow’ factor.

THE DELIVERY:
Concepts were developed by Yas Marina’s in house team Y Solutions around the theme of Formula 1 with a goal to embrace and reflect dynamism, glamour and theatre of motor racing and to provide a high octane experience for all the successful members of the NuSkin team attending the incentive trip.

EVENT FEATURES:
• Welcome entertainment for guests from bus arrival to in-seat in the grandstand
• On track parade for the top 5 tiers of the sales representatives (both on foot, in parade trucks and open top sports cars)
• Staged motorsport display race
• Helicopter stunt arrival
• Large multi stage festival area for the evening section of the event
• All event branding, communications and scripts developed in Mandarin
