- Please note that the duration of the full experience (arrival, registration, kit up, ride and departure) is 45 minutes.
- Please arrive 20 – 30 minutes before your scheduled experience.
- Upon Arrival: Access the circuit via West Entrance and head to Yas Central.
- We aim to provide a positive and smooth customer experience. Our customer service will assist you in completing your waiver procedures 24 hours prior the experience and reach out to guests who fail to upload documents digitally to ensure they do so prior to arrival, this is a mandatory requirement.
- Have your ticket order number available upon arrival. Register at the main reception.
- Our customer service team will validate your booking, provide you with a wristband, and guide you to the experience zone.
- Please wear clothing covering your arms and legs and closed toe shoes.
- You will be fitted with a helmet, balaclava and gloves at the pit garage.
- Your instructor will introduce you to the car.
- Enjoy an incredible passenger experience.
- Vehicle photo opportunity in Pit Lane.
- Friends and family are welcome to watch you on the track.
