THE FEMALE-ONLY EVENT WILL TAKE PLACE EVERY MONDAY FROM 6-9PM

Yas Marina Circuit, Abu Dhabi, UAE, March 10, 2021: International Women’s Day was marked with the launch of ADNOC TrainYAS Ladies Presented by Abu Dhabi Sports Council at Yas Marina Circuit.

On launch night, which was extremely well attended, an opening ceremony was held before track activity began a short while later.

Going forward, the female-focused event will take place on Mondays from 6pm until 9pm at the home of the FORMULA 1 ETIHAD AIRWAYS ABU DHABI GRAND PRIX, providing ladies with an opportunity to train in a safe and private environment.

ADNOC TrainYAS Ladies Presented by Abu Dhabi Sports Council is a hugely popular event in which members of the local community can keep fit and healthy by running, cycling or walking on the Formula 1 track at Yas Marina Circuit.

Regardless of whether you want to engage in a blood pumping and intense workout, or simply take a leisurely walk, everybody is welcome.

At the female-specific version of the event, however, it’s not just about running, cycling and walking. Every week, Bodytree Studio, an Abu Dhabi-based wellness hub, will be in attendance to host an additional fitness activity, while females will also be able to take part in karting free of charge.
