TRAINYAS PRIMAL FITNESS PROGRAMME SET TO LAUNCH THIS COMING SUNDAY

TrainYAS Primal is a month-long virtual fitness challenge available free of charge

A range of workouts, including live streamed sessions, will take place all throughout the week

Yas Marina Circuit, Abu Dhabi, June 13th, 2020: Fitness fans can look forward to taking part in a four-week free programme with the launch of TrainYAS Primal, a virtual challenge which is scheduled to start on Sunday June 14th.

TrainYAS Primal, in partnership with Haddins, is open to all ages and provides participants with a fantastic opportunity to stay fit, healthy and active.

If any added incentive to get involved were required, the whole four-week programme is absolutely free of charge - so there really is no excuse for not taking part.

The challenge will run all through the week with live streamed sessions, which will be accessible via Haddins’ Facebook page and crossposted on Yas Marina Circuit’s social channels, taking place on a Sunday and Tuesday.

The first of these live workouts, scheduled for this coming Sunday (June 14), will focus on Benchmark Fitness Testing, with the remainder made up of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) sessions, all of which will last 30 minutes.

Elsewhere over the course of the week, participants will be able to take advantage of a range of fitness videos which have been carefully designed to aid with both physical and mental health.

On a Monday, a 60-second video tip for home isolation will be made available, with topics covered set to include strengthening your core and getting enough sleep, along with mobility and stretching.

Wednesday’s will focus on workouts from various parts of Yas Marina Circuit in order to build anticipation ahead of the return of guests to the venue, while on Thursday’s a 60-second video will be posted requesting participants to complete a specific challenge over the weekend, including the number of steps taken by a combined family and healthy tasks involving cooking.

These particular challenges will then need to be completed over the course of Friday and Saturday.

The importance of remaining fit and active during this time cannot be overstated, and TrainYAS Primal will give participants the chance to push their bodies in a series of challenges designed to enhance overall wellbeing.
